Presilla and Clara Chaumont, to launch Hispana Latina last month, celebrities such as George Lopez, Marc Anthony, Jennifer Lopez as well as the Obama Cabinet were treated to Cuban Latino specialties that NYCHotSpots.Com just had to recognize in this first edition of restaurant reviews.  By the way, if you didn't catch the event on TV then you just have to experience it yourself.  So what are we talking about?

The dynamic duo as Chef and Managing Partner of Hoboken's well known Zafra and Cucharamama presented the management of NYCHotSpots.Com with menu presentations that are the favorites of those who frequent these restaurants.  Where could you get the balance of exquisite taste from Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Uruguay and Cuba under one roof?

Is it a surprise that the world famous James Beard Foundation recognition has been extended to these savory restaurants as the most well-known in the category of Cuban-Latino cuisine not only for the New York Metro area, but the Northern Atlantic region?
